Pyongyang, November 19 (KCNA) -- Jon Sung Hun, vice-premier of the DPRK Cabinet, met and had a talk with a delegation of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development headed by Deputy Director General Hesham Al-Waqayan at the Mansudae Assembly Hall Wednesday.
