Pyongyang, November 22 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the DPRK Maritime Administration headed by its Vice-Director Jon Ki Chol left here today to participate in the 85th meeting of the Maritime Safety Committee of the International Maritime Organization to be held in Britain.
