Saying that during his stay in the DPRK he was deeply impressed by the happy life of its working people and rising generation, he went on:
General Secretary Kim Jong Il is paying deep attention to the development of education, culture and public health.
Looking around the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital we felt what a great significance he attaches to improving the public health.
The visit helped us to realize better the true meaning of slogan "We serve the people!"
The DPRK has long enforced not only the free medical care system but also the free education system.
The party and government of the DPRK spare nothing for the rising generation.
The DPRK is a country for the people where the best policies are enforced.
We think that all these policies are precious fruition of the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il who values the people and devotes his all to their happiness.
We will make positive contributions to the development of the long-standing friendly relations between the peoples of Mongolia and the DPRK in the future.
