Pyongyang, November 24 (KCNA) -- Traitor Lee Myung Bak let loose very malignant vituperation that "sometime it is a strategy to wait for something" when talking about the "policy toward the north" at a recent meet-the press. And the minister of "Foreign Affairs and Trade" shouted himself hoarse that "there is no need to amend the policy toward the north," angrily grumbling "what should be changed and how."
This comes under fire by a signed commentary of Rodong Sinmun Monday.
It goes on:
What the Lee group uttered is an open declaration of their intention to persistently pursue their treacherous "policy toward the north" and stand in confrontation with the DPRK to the last in utter disregard of the future of the inter-Korean relations and the destiny of the nation.
The desperate confrontational racket of the Lee "government" has pushed the inter-Korean relations to such a hair-trigger situation that only confrontation and tension prevail with neither dialogue nor cooperation taking place.
The issue of the north-south relations is a very important one related to the prospect of the cause of national reunification. No specified group should be allowed to solve it to meet its own interests.
Nevertheless, the Lee group are sacrificing the inter-Korean relations without hesitation in a bid to achieve their sinister aim to do harm to fellow countrymen in utter disregard of the interests of the nation.
The reality goes to clearly prove that the Lee group remain unchanged in their treacherous and anti-reunification "policy toward the north" pursued since the very day of their coming to power and have become desperate in the moves to realize their daydream.
They had better bear in mind that their reckless act of sticking to their anti-reunification policy of confrontation in persistent denial of the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration is leading the inter-Korean relations to a total collapse.
There can be no future for those seeking confrontation.
