It goes on:
The group of traitors have advocated "theory of the principal enemy," totally negating the inter-Korean declarations supported and welcomed by all Koreans and hamstringing any effort to implement them, and staged madcap war exercises for aggression on the DPRK in collusion with outside forces. Not content with this, they are unhesitatingly perpetrating such reckless acts as hurling malignant slanders and calumnies at the system and dignity of the DPRK, while pulling it up over the non-existent "human rights issue."
The root cause of disasters should be rooted out.
It is the way for achieving independent reunification, peace and the prosperity of the nation to wage a nationwide struggle for checking and foiling the moves of the Lee group to escalate the confrontation with the DPRK in collusion with foreign forces.
Whoever truly wants reconciliation, unity and reunification of the nation should not remain a passive onlooker to the moves of the Lee group to ignite a war of aggression on the DPRK in league with outsiders, dead-set against national reunification on which the destiny of the nation hinges.
The present reality calls on the south Korean people to intensify the struggle for independence against the U.S., democracy against fascism and for national reunification with the will to show no mercy to the U.S. imperialists, who are keen to infringe upon the dignity and sovereignty of the Korean nation, impose all sorts of pain and misfortune upon them and plunge the nation into a nuclear war holocaust, keeping the southern half of Korea under their occupation, and the Lee group which are deteriorating the inter-Korean confrontation in betrayal of the nation, pursuant to the U.S. imperialists' policy.
No matter how desperately outsiders and the conservative ruling forces of south Korea, their lackeys, may work, they can never break the faith and will of the Korean nation to pave the way for independent reunification, peace and prosperity through genuine unity and cooperation between the north and the south in the spirit of "By our nation itself" clarified in the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.
