Pyongyang, November 25 (KCNA) -- Pak Ui Chun, foreign minister of the DPRK, Monday sent a congratulatory message to Kabinga J. Pande on his reappointment as foreign minister of the Republic of Zambia.

Expressing the belief that the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would continue to grow stronger in the mutual interests of the two peoples, Pak in the message wished the Zambian foreign minister great success in his work.
