Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- "Contribution to international peace-keeping operations" much touted by Japan these days is nothing but a version of a slogan for reinvasion and a motto for escalating its overseas military operations worldwide. Rodong Sinmun Friday observes this in a signed article.
Japan's loudmouthed contribution means, in essence, moves to dispatch modern armed forces for war and the "Self-Defence Forces" overseas and intensify its military operations, the article notes, and goes on:
Japan's crafty moves to realize its scenario for reinvasion while advocating the hypocritical "contribution to international peace-keeping operations" can never work in this bright world.
Japan had better stop impudently talking about the above-said contribution but shake off the ill-fame of being a war criminal state by honestly liquidating the crime-woven past.
It should not persist in its dangerous arms build-up and moves for reinvasion but take substantial actions helpful detente and peace.
Japan's talk about such contribution without doing such a thing would only provoke laughter of the world people and invite their scoff and criticism.
Japan should behave itself and honestly redress its crime-woven past, facing up to the trend of history. This is the basic way for it to improve its tarnished image and win international confidence.
