Pyongyang, December 2 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppets are contemplating revising the "national defence reform for 2020" as a dangerous plan for arms buildup, while spreading rumor of "threat from the north." This is prompted by their bellicose scenario to realize at any cost their wild ambition to invade the north in collusion with foreign forces by attaining their goal for beefing up the ultra-modern armed forces earlier than scheduled and pushing ahead with it under a more carefully worked out plan. Rodong Sinmun Tuesday observes this in a signed commentary. It goes on: The "threat from the north" touted by the puppets is nothing but sheer sophism intended to justify their moves to start a war of aggression against the north and escalate them as it is a replica of "threat of southward invasion" cited by the south Korean successive warmongers. After bringing to light the intention to invade the north, crying out for the provocative "theory of principal enemy" and "preemptive attack" the Lee Myung Bak group of warmongers is getting evermore desperate in its moves to bring the inter-Korean relations to the crisis of total severance and ignite a new war at any cost. The catastrophic crisis of the inter-Korean relations bears a close resemblance to the situation on the eve of a war. The reality goes to clearly prove that the Lee regime is making its provocation of a war of aggression against the north an established fact and its adventurous scenario is being put into practice with increased zeal. The puppets are, however, seriously mistaken. It is, indeed, foolish of the puppet warmongers to try to do harm to the DPRK which has demonstrated the might of a military power well known to the world under the banner of Songun. These futile moves of the provocateurs will only precipitate their self-destruction. The Lee group would be well advised to stop the reckless arms buildup at once, mindful that the provocative acts will only further bedevil the inter-Korean relations and entail disastrous consequences. |
