It goes on:

The Lee group in south Korea is persisting in its desperate moves against the nation and reunification, pursuant to foreign forces' hostile policy toward the DPRK and taking advantage of their maneuvers to provoke a nuclear war quite contrary to the need of the era of independence and the aspiration of the nation after reconciliation, unity and reunification.

It is an act of treachery to challenge the cause of independent reunification, negating the historic June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.

Had the Lee Myung Bak group neither negated the north-south joint declarations nor adopted the confrontation with fellow countrymen as its policy, the inter-Korean relations would have not reached the present phase of total severance. With nothing can the group of traitors evade the responsibility for having deliberately pushed the inter-Korean relations to stalemate.

The group is now being cursed, rebuffed and condemned by all Koreans for escalating the confrontation between the north and the south and increasing the danger of a war in collusion with foreign aggressor forces, dead-set against the just cause of national reconciliation, unity and the independent reunification.

With no desperate efforts can the Lee group hold in check the advance of the era of independent reunification in which all Koreans pool their efforts in the spirit of "By our nation itself" under the banner of the historic June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.
