The U.S. is talking about realizing the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula through dialogue but it is, in actually, seeking a surprise preemptive attack on the DPRK and accelerating the arms buildup in preparation for it behind the scene of dialogue.

Its moves for arms buildup for aggression are unpardonable criminal acts as they are beclouding the prospect of solving the nuclear issue on the peninsula, escalating its military showdown and tension and driving the situation to the brink of a war. This goes to prove that the U.S. is the arch criminal standing in the way of realizing the denuclearization of the peninsula and bringing the danger of another Korean war.

The Korean people will boost their self-reliant war deterrent under the uplifted banner of Songun to cope with the U.S. bellicose forces' evermore undisguised moves for a war of aggression and frustrate any provocation of the enemies with a strong counteraction.

The U.S. war-like forces would be well advised to behave themselves, pondering over the catastrophic consequences to be entailed by their reckless arms buildup.
