Pyongyang, December 15 (KCNA) -- A seminar on the exploits performed by General Secretary Kim Jong Il and anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk was held in Mexico on Dec. 4 on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of his assumption of supreme commandership of the Korean People's Army and the 91st anniversary of her birth.
Ramon Jimenez Lopez, president of the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism, said that Kim Jong Il has led the KPA to demonstrate its might as a powerful army strong in ideology and faith and an invincible army fully equipped with modern military technology and built so powerful war deterrent under the uplifted banner of Songun that no formidable imperialist enemy dare provoke the DPRK.
Lauding Kim Jong Suk as an ardent revolutionary who dedicated herself to the Party and the leader and the liberation of the country and the victory of the revolution, he stressed that she is always alive as an eternal lifeguard of President Kim Il Sung, an anti-Japanese war hero, an outstanding political activist and a great mother of the revolution.
Speakers spoke highly of the immortal exploits Kim Jong Il has performed by successfully carrying forward and developing the Songun cause of Kim Il Sung and the brilliant revolutionary life of Kim Jong Suk characterized by the transparent spirit of devotedly defending the leader, the ardent love for the people and the spirit of devoted service to the people.
