Pyongyang, December 16 (KCNA) -- The Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism published the 16th issue of its bulletin on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's assumption of supreme commandership of the Korean People's Army.
The bulletin carried an article titled " Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il and the Korean People's Army" illustrated with a photograph of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il standing together.
It said in the article that the KPA has demonstrated its might as reliable defender of the socialist cause, frustrating every challenge of the imperialists, and further trained itself to be an army strong in ideology and faith under the care of Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il.
Under his guidance the KPA has grown to be an army strong in ideology and faith, the army which is full of the spirit of devotedly defending the leader and ready to unhesitatingly go through thick and thin for the country and the people, and developed into invincible ranks perfectly equipped with modern military technique, the bulletin noted.
The DPRK recently built up even powerful war deterrent any formidable imperialist enemy dare not attack, it said, stressing: The KPA under the command of Kim Jong Il will always emerge victorious as an invincible army.
