Pyongyang, December 16 (KCNA) -- A 2008-2011 agreement on exchange and cooperation in education between the DPRK Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic was signed at the People's Palace of Culture on Tuesday.
Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were Ryang Hak Sun, vice-minister of Education, and officials concerned and from the opposition side Martin Tomco, Czech ambassador to the DPRK, and a staff member of his embassy.
The agreement was inked by Ryang Hak Sun and Martin Tomco.
