Pyongyang, December 19 (KCNA) -- The opposition parties including the Democratic Labor Party of south Korea strongly protested against the south Korean Grand National Party's arbitrary act of railroading the 2009 budget bill through the puppet National Assembly. They accused the GNP of railroading the budget bill through the NA without any consultation with them. They charged that the ruling party cleared the way the military dictators did the budget bill which reflected only the expenses for the "construction" of what it called "a big canal" and the expenses for Phohang, the area represented by Lee Sang Duk, member of the NA from the GNP who is elder brother of Lee Myung Bak, disregarding the funds for providing jobs and stabilizing people's living, etc. The opposition parties demanded the GNP apologize for this wrong action. |
