Martin Lotscher, chairman of the Switzerland-Korea Committee, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

The preparatory committee decided to widely introduce the immortal feats and greatness of
Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il and hold colorful political and cultural events until April 15, 2012.
