Pyongyang, December 23 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il was presented with a floral basket and a congratulatory letter by the military attaches corps here on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of his assumption of supreme commandership of the Korean People's Army.
They were handed to an official concerned by military attache of the Vietnamese embassy here Dau Xuan Long, doyen of the corps, on December 23.
On the same day, Kim Jong Il was presented with a floral basket and a congratulatory letter by the economic and commercial councilors' corps here on the occasions of the 17th anniversary of
Kim Jong Il's assumption of supreme commandership of the KPA and the 91st birth anniversary of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk.
They were handed to an official concerned by Enrique Gomez Soler, commercial councilor of the Cuban embassy here who is also doyen of the corps.
