The ulterior aim sought by the above-said reactionaries in ramming the above-said bill through the House of Representatives is to expand the sphere of the SDF's overseas military actions and realize their ambition for overseas military expansion by joining the U.S. and cooperating with it in the "anti-terror war" to the end.

By performing the overseas refueling mission for an indefinite period Japan seeks to lay a springboard from which to launch overseas aggression and start a war any time.

The Air SDF of Japan recently staged a joint military exercise with the U.S. air force to put the above-said scenario into practice. The Japanese reactionaries are betraying their bellicose nature, firing missiles in far-off regions under the pretext of someone's non-existent "missile threat."

Japan's talk about "contribution to peace" is an artifice veiled with peace. If Japan is truly concerned for ensuring peace and security in Asia and the rest of the world, it should halt the moves for overseas military expansion such as the dispatch of its combat forces abroad and the military operations there.

It is a trite method of Japan to invade other countries by mobilizing armed forces, trumpeting about "peace." Its method of aggression remains unchanged. It has become craftier and more vicious in that method. The Japanese reactionaries have become evermore undisguised in their moves for overseas aggression after building legal and institutional mechanisms for the overseas military activities of the SDF under the pretexts of "UN peace-keeping cooperation activities", "cooperation in anti-terror war" and others. They are going reckless, seized with the ambition for overseas expansion.

Japan is bound to meet an inescapable disaster any time, if it fails to face up to the reality of the changed world and continues running riot, blinded with the above-said ambition.
