Pyongyang, December 27 (KCNA) -- I cannot help admiring the DPRK as it does what it should do standing up firm against the U.S. under the Songun politics pursued by General Secretary Kim Jong Il, the secretary general of the Mozambique Liberation Front Party said this when he met the DPRK ambassador to his country on Dec. 20.
Referring to the fact that the successes being achieved in the DPRK serve as a model for developing countries, he hoped that the DPRK would achieve greater successes in the future.
He said that he always remembers President Kim Il Sung and feels thankful to him for having rendered positive material and moral help to Mozambique during the period of the struggle for its independence and building a new society.
Kim Jong Il values the friendly and cooperative relations between Mozambique and the DPRK, he said, stressing that they would positively develop these relations.
