Pyongyang, December 28 (KCNA) -- The Egypt-Korea Friendship Association issued its bulletin on Dec. 22 on the occasions of the 17th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's assumption of supreme commandership of the Korean People's Army and the 91st birth anniversary of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk.
The bulletin carried articles titled "Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il who has built invincible army" and "Great mother of Korea."
The articles said that Kim Jong Il's shouldering the heavy responsibility as supreme commander of the Korean People's Army was a historic event of weighty significance in developing the KPA into matchless ranks.
The Korean people are boundlessly revering Kim Jong Suk as a great mother, the bulletin noted, stressing this is their high praise of her who made an immortal contribution to the birth of Kim Il Sung's Korea.
