Pyongyang, December 30 (KCNA) -- The Organization of Solidarity of the Peoples of Africa, Asia and Latin America held an event of laying a floral basket before the portrait of smiling President
Kim Il Sung on Dec. 26 on the occasions of the 17th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's assumption of supreme commandership of the Korean People's Army and the 91st birth anniversary of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk.
Present there were Alfonso Fraga Perez, secretary general of the organization, and its members and the DPRK ambassador to Cuba and staff members of his embassy.
The participants laid the basket of flowers before the portrait of the smiling President and paid tribute to him.
