Pyongyang, January 2 (KCNA) -- The International Preparatory Committee for Celebrating February 16 was inaugurated in Sankt-Peterburg of Russia on December 23 last year.
It groups a deputy to the State Duma of Russia, a member of the Sejm of Poland, Grachov, first vice-chairman of the Foreign Policy Committee of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, and other figures from various circles of parliaments, political parties and organizations of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova and other countries.
It decided to intensify the study and dissemination of the Juche idea and the Songun politics and hold colorful political and cultural events on the occasion of February 16.
