Dmitri Kostenko, chairman of the Russian association, stressed that Supreme Commander of the KPA Kim Jong Il has displayed his extraordinary talent as an outstanding strategist.

The KPA under his Songun leadership has grown to be an army strong in ideology, which regards the Juche idea and the spirit of devotedly defending the leader as its unshakable faith, and an invincible army capable of defeating any formidable enemy at one blow, he added.

Daria Matsina, a member of the Russian Women's Union Named after Kim Jong Suk, said that
Kim Jong Suk is not only the most faithful comrade-in-arms of President Kim Il Sung but also the great mother who gave birth to and brought up Kim Jong Il as the sun of future.

Esko Koskinen, chairperson of the above-mentioned Finnish society, said that the DPRK led by
Kim Jong Il, supreme commander of the KPA, is victoriously advancing despite the imperialists' moves to stifle it.

All the achievements made in the DPRK are the precious fruition of the single-minded unity of the army and people around Kim Jong Il, the chairperson said, stressing that rosy is the future of the DPRK which is led by the peerlessly great man and where the party, the army and the people are united as one in mind.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Il was adopted at the meeting held in Russia.
