Vele Mukelenge, chairman of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of University of Kinshasa of Democratic Congo, said this in an interview with a TV reporter of this country on Dec. 23 last year on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of Kim Jong Il's assumption of supreme commandership of the Korean People's Army.

The KPA has the politico-ideological superiority any other country's army can hardly match, he said, adding that the servicepersons of the KPA are closely united around their supreme commander in thinking and purpose and do not hesitate to dedicate their lives so as to implement his orders without fail.

Democratic Congo should follow the Songun politics to train its army into an army pure and transparent in political and ideological aspect and provide self-reliant defence capabilities not depending on others as the DPRK did.
