| Pyongyang, January 9 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Il, premier of the DPRK, sent a congratulatory massage to Herman A. Van Rompuy on Jan. 5, on his election as Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium. Expressing belief that the cooperative relationship between the two countries would expand and develop in various domains, the message wished the prime minister success in his work for stability and development of the country. |
