The number of illiterates and degenerates is on the steady increase in those countries where socialism collapsed. This clearly proves the reactionary nature of the said ideology and culture.

The imperialists use this ideology and culture as a lever for easily realizing their domination and subjugation, aggression and plunder of other countries.

As proven by what happened in the Eastern European countries engaged in building socialism in the past, failure to check the imperialists' spread of their reactionary bourgeois ideology and culture would make it impossible to keep a society alive.

Those countries and people aspiring after independent development and social progress should be well aware of the danger and consequences of the imperialists' moves to spread the said ideology and culture and wage a dynamic struggle to foil them.
