Pak Chang Gil, chairman of the Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters of Chongryon, said that all the officials and compatriots under the metropolitan headquarters warmly hailed the joint editorial which reflected the great plan, unparalleled grit and courage of General Secretary Kim Jong Il.
