Pyongyang, January 16 (KCNA) -- The Action Headquarters of the Youth and Students Solidarity for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration in south Korea struggling to force the Lee Myung Bak "government" to step down released a statement titled "The public prosecutor general, a henchman of the dictatorial regime, resign at once" on Jan. 10.
The statement accused the public prosecutor general of branding the forces waging a progressive movement as "the forces spreading the pro-north leftist idea and seeking public disorder" on January 2, not content with slandering the people's legitimate candlelight actions against American beef import, and crying out for "rooting them out."
The chief culprit causing public unrest is none other than the dictatorial junta such as Lee Myung Bak, the prosecution, the police and the "Intelligence Service", it charged.
The statement chided the Lee Myung Bak group for working hard to railroad lots of evil bills through the "National Assembly" and frantically intensify the crackdown upon the progressive movement organizations in a bid to seek a way out of its ruling crisis in enforcing fascist dictatorship.
Nothing can be expected from such henchman of the dictatorial regime, the statement said, demanding the public prosecutor general resign at once and the present "government" step down without fail.
