Pyongyang, January 20 (KCNA) -- The Communist Party of India (Marxist) will always extend full support and solidarity to the Korean people in their struggle for achieving the independent reunification of the country in the idea of "By our nation itself" free from foreign interference, said Prakash Karat, general secretary of the Party Central Committee, when meeting the DPRK ambassador to India who paid a courtesy call on him on Jan. 15.
He congratulated the Korean people on the great victories won by them in all fields of socialist construction despite the moves of the imperialists to stifle the DPRK and hoped that they would achieve greater successes in the efforts for building an economic power under the Songun leadership of General Secretary Kim Jong Il.
