Pyongyang, January 20 (KCNA) -- The Action Headquarters of the Youth and Students Solidarity for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration for Forcing the Lee Myung Bak Regime to Step Down in south Korea issued a statement on Jan. 16 denouncing the Lee group of traitors' move to revive dictatorship.
The statement accused the security authorities of contemplating pushing forward the so-called "bill on questioning suspicious persons by policemen on duty" these days. In case the said bill is railroaded through the "National Assembly" the security authorities will exercise unlimited power and whip up a whirlwind of fascism, it warned.
The statement held that the Lee regime hell-bent on gagging the people is more ferocious group of fascists than any dictatorial regimes in the past.
The people's rights and democracy cannot but be violated under such a dictatorial regime, the statement said, urging the security authorities to immediately halt the moves to revive dictatorship and trample down upon democracy and the Lee regime to step down without delay.
