Only when the progressive people of the world boost the true friendship, supporting and cooperating with each other, is it possible to foil the imperialists' moves for aggression, interference and domination and successfully advance the cause of global independence. Strengthening this friendship alone can provide a guarantee for the victory of the world progressive people in the struggle to achieve independence.

The imperialists are fanning up friction and antagonism among the people desirous of independence in a bid to bar them from promoting friendship. They are also interfering in disputes in some countries and regions and making them more complicated.

The world progressive people should clearly understand the nature of the imperialists and work hard to boost the friendship and unity.

An independent world can never come of itself. It can be built only through a united struggle of the world people.

An independent stand is the fundamental approach to be maintained by the popular masses in all their activities and it provides a guarantee for developing the genuine international friendly relations. In order to firmly adhere to this stand it is necessary for every country and nation to assess and handle all the issues arising in the international arena with independence as a yardstick and solve them its own way in conformity with its interests. And it should not allow others to violate its sovereignty but struggle against all practices infringing upon the sovereignty of other countries.
