Present there on invitation were the chief of the Pyongyang Mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front, overseas Koreans on a visit to the socialist homeland, diplomatic envoys of different countries and embassy officials and representatives of international organizations here.

The concert was given by artistes of the State Merited Chorus, "Unhasu", the State Symphony Orchestra, the Mansudae Art Troupe and other art troupes here.

Put on the stage were male chorus "Song of General Kim Jong Il", "The Forest Sways" and other colorful numbers.

The performers sang high praises of the greatness and immortal feats of General Secretary
Kim Jong Il who has victoriously led the revolutionary cause of Songun by successfully carrying forward and developing the revolutionary traditions of Mt. Paektu and truthfully represented the history of the sacred struggle of the Korean people adorned with victory and glory.
