Pyongyang, February 4 (KCNA) -- Indian Ambassador to the DPRK Zile Singh hosted a reception at the Taedonggang Diplomatic Corps Club on Feb. 4 on the occasion of the day of the Republic of India.
Present there on invitation were Minister of Foreign Trade Ri Ryong Nam, Chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea Kim Pyong Phal who is chairman of the DPRK-India Friendship Association, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kim Yong Il, Vice-Chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries Jon Yong Jin, Vice-Director General of the Korean Central News Agency Kim Chang Gwang and officials concerned and diplomatic envoys of different countries and representatives of international organizations in Pyongyang.
On hand were staff members of the Indian embassy.
Speeches were made there.
