The declaration said that as proven through the recent tragic incident in Ryongsan, there is no reason for the Lee Myung Bak "government" disregarding the people and mercilessly using violence on them to exist.

Instead of apologizing for the said murder, Lee has patronized the police and the prosecution seeking to hush up the truth behind the incident, it pointed out, saying that such imprudent action is enraging the people.

It is unpardonable that the Lee "government" is justifying the said crime under the pretext of "law and order" while branding the civic and public organizations protesting the murder as a "group of terrorists" and "leftists", it said.

The lives and security of the people can no longer be entrusted to the present silly ruler who is enslaved by arrogance and avarice, the declaration said, adding that they will resist the "government" by strength of the people.
