They also reflect the tasks of making a leap forward on all fronts for the building of the powerful nation through a new revolutionary upsurge, bringing about a decisive turn in the efforts for bettering the people's living standard and further developing the socialist culture.

There are stamps mirroring the contents of the editorial on effecting a fresh turn in militia buildup this year that marks the 50th anniversary of the Worker-Peasant Red Guards, accelerating the movement of the national reunification under the banners of the June 15 joint declaration and October 4 declaration and on making a positive contribution to achieving the cause of global independence.
