Any country deprived of its sovereignty can never shape the independent policy nor realize the aspiration and desire of its nation. That is why peoples have struggled against any practices intended to violate the sovereignty.

There were turns and twists in the course of advance of history, but the peoples' struggle for independence have emerged victorious and the popular masses have vigorously advanced holding the helm of the era as the driving forces of the development of history.

Without struggle against aggression and war, domination and plunder by the imperialists, it is impossible for the peoples to defend the sovereignty of their countries and, furthermore, realize global independence.

It is possible to prevent a war and ensure global peace only when the progressive peoples of the world aspiring after independence and peace turn out in the anti-imperialist and anti-war struggle under the uplifted banner of preserving peace.
