Senior Party and State Officials Visit International Friendship Exhibition House

Pyongyang, February 8 (KCNA) -- Senior party and state officials, a chairperson of a friendly party and leading officials of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, the working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions visited the International Friendship Exhibition House on Feb. 8 on the occasion of the birthday of General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

The participants laid bouquets and made bows before the statue of President Kim Il Sung in Hyangsan Township.

Then, they visited the International Friendship Exhibition House.

They paid tribute to the sculpture portraying Kim Jong Il in the introductory hall.

They visited halls in which the gifts presented to him by heads of party and state leaders of many countries of the world and figures from all walks of life are displayed.

Being briefed on the fact that foreigners speak highly of Kim Jong Il who performed undying feats for the cause of global independence, they looked round the gifts on display.
