The Egypt-Korea Friendship Association released its bulletin titled "Kim Jong Il and his extraordinary leadership art" on Feb. 8, which said that Kim Jong Il is a person possessed of rare leadership art. His leadership art is characterized by the ability to combine politics and military affairs organically before anything else and then by the persistent power of execution to carry through something determined to do, it added.

The politics of creation to solve everything in a unique way without adherence to the existing formula and usage, the brilliant flexible politics--this is another important aspect of Kim Jong Il's leadership art, the bulletin stressed.

The Bulgaria-Korea Friendship Association issued the first issue of its bulletin which carried such articles as "The birthday of the supreme leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea" and "The joint New Year editorial carried in leading newspapers of the DPRK" highly praising the glorious revolutionary history and the immortal exploits of the great man born of Mt. Paektu.

Saying that all the achievements gained in the DPRK are linked with the august names of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, the bulletin introduced the joint New Year editorial of the DPRK and the anti-"government" struggle of the south Korean people.

The German Branch of the Korean Friendship Association headquartered in Spain published the February issue of its bulletin which carried an article explaining about the advantages of the Korean socialist system centered on the popular masses.
