Through serial songs "Cantata to Comrade Kim Jong Il," "Jong Il Peak in Spring," "Birds of Various Species Fly into Jong Il Peak" and "Thunder over Jong Il Peak" the performers highly sang of Kim Jong Il who was born as the son of guerrillas and is glorifying Korea with responsibility for it.

Among the numbers were female solo "Tell, the Road of Songun," narration and female solo "General, Don't Tread Cold Snow-covered Road, Please" carrying deep reverence for Kim Jong Il who is bringing the great heyday of Songun Korea. The performers' earnest representation of them deeply touched the audience's heart.

There were also female solo "The Glow over Kangson" and male chorus "Hot-hearted Young People, Step Up the March of Grand Construction," which truthfully represented high spiritual world of the Korean youth determined to display once again the heroic mettle and perform merits in every working site for building a great prosperous and powerful nation as the elder generations did to open the Chollima era in the postwar period.

The performance was appreciated by Kim Jung Rin, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and others.
