Lee Myung Bak Group's Violation of Inter-Korean Agreements under Fire

Pyongyang, February 18 (KCNA) -- The Lee Myung Bak group was reported to have claimed that the statement issued by the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea to cope with the catastrophic reality of the inter-Korean relations was "politically motivated" and a sort of "threat" in a bid to play down its importance and grumbled about the north's "unilateral abrogation" and the like. It, at the same time, made such a hysteric fuss as issuing an order to the puppet army to "strengthen an alert posture" and blustering that it would sternly counter anyone's "intrusion into the northern limit line." Rodong Sinmun Wednesday observes in a signed article in this regard:

What the group uttered is nothing but shameless rhetoric intended to cover up the acts of treachery it has committed by systematically violating the points agreed upon between the north and the south and falsify the truth about the incident in an effort to calm down the public condemnation at home and abroad and evade the responsibility for it.

The article cites facts to lay bare the systematic violations of the above-said agreed points perpetrated by traitor Kim Young Sam and the Lee group, adding that traitor Lee is the enemy of the nation who puts "civilian" fascist Kim Young Sam into the shade.

The article goes on:

With no sophism can the Lee group hide its true colors as violators of the inter-Korean agreements as it has driven the north-south relations to collapse in gross violation of the above-said agreed points.

It is very deplorable, indeed, that due to such despicable traitor to the nation as Lee Myung Bak the inter-Korean agreements have been wantonly violated and the north-south relations have reached the phase of total collapse though they had favorably developed.

It is foolish of the Lee group to make desperate efforts to conceal the truth about its hideous crimes perpetrated against reunification.

The Lee group is fated to meet a more miserable end than that of Kim who had been thrown into the dumping ground of history without having any chance to hold inter-Korean dialogue during the five years of his office.
