| Pyongyang, February 20 (KCNA) -- A decision of the National Defence Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea in the name of Kim Jong Il, chairman of the NDC and chairman of the Central Military Commission of the WPK, was released on Feb. 19. According to it, O Kuk Ryol was appointed as vice-chairman of the NDC (General of the Korean People's Army). |
