Ramon Jimenez Lopez, president of the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism, in a speech at the ceremony referred to the significance of the formation of the youth group on the occasion of the auspicious February holiday and the brisk activities now under way in different countries to study and disseminate the Juche idea.

He highly appreciated the undying exploits Kim Jong Il has performed by successfully carrying forward the idea and feats of Kim Il Sung under the uplifted banner of Songun and the originality and vitality of the Juche idea, the guiding idea in the era of independence.

Eleazar Rubio Aldaran who was elected chief of the youth group resolved to fulfill his responsibility and role as an adherent to the Juche idea.
