It brought together at least 100 officials and members of the union selected at provincial, city and county contests.

The contesters fully demonstrated their artistry they have cultivated through brisk mass cultural and art activities while increasing the grain production.

They represented with rich voices immortal classic masterpieces "Where Are You, Dear General" and "O Korea, I Will Add Glory to Thee" and other songs, songs from the five revolutionary operas and folk songs.

They also skillfully played "We Will Be Loyal Down through Generations" and other songs with flute, Korean flute, accordion, violin and other musical instruments.

A performance was given by successful contesters at the People's Palace of Culture on Feb. 24.
