Pyongyang, February 25 (KCNA) -- A 2009-2011 inter-governmental plan for cultural exchange between the DPRK and China was signed with due ceremony in Beijing on Feb. 24.
Present at the ceremony from the DPRK side were the members of the DPRK government cultural delegation led by Mun Jae Chol, acting chairman of the Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, and Choe Jin Su, DPRK ambassador to China, and from the Chinese side Cai Wu, minister of Culture, and officials concerned.
The plan was inked by Mun Jae Chol and Cai Wu.
