Pyongyang, February 27 (KCNA) -- Members of the Federation of Peasants Associations and other peasants organizations of south Korea held a rally in Seoul on Feb. 25 to denounce the policy pursued by the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors to bring agriculture to ruin in the first year of its office.
In a resolution adopted there they condemned Lee Myung Bak for having followed American-style neo-liberalism and consistently pursued the policy for bringing agriculture to bankruptcy and bringing benefits to the rich only in the above-said period.
They declared that the peasants would actively turn out in the struggle to win food sovereignty, a struggle to deter the present regime from rendering agriculture bankrupt and protect the lives and security of the people.
