The imperialists are increasing their political, economic and military pressure upon the anti-imperialist independent countries while staging large-scale smear campaigns against those countries in a bid to realize their wild ambition for domination and instigating anti-government forces to create and stoke the socio-political confusion, the article notes, and goes on:

Their ulterior aim is to make the people in those countries waver ideologically and give up their revolutionary principle.

The imperialists dare not provoke any people strong in faith.

The completely different fate of the peoples of Cuba and Iraq teaches a lesson that if people of a country lack a transparent anti-imperialist independent stand, they are bound to become slaves of imperialism and can neither expect the independent development of their country and nation nor survive.

The anti-imperialist independent forces are incomparably stronger than the imperialist forces. Now that the imperialists are colluding with one another and challenging the popular masses' cause of independence as an allied force, it is necessary for all anti-imperialist independent forces in the world to go united and stand against the imperialists.

The nature of imperialism can never change. This means that imperialism never abandons its wild ambition to dominate other countries. That is why the anti-imperialist struggle should be carried on till its victory. At present the imperialists are vociferating about "reconciliation, cooperation and partnership" in a bid to cover up their hegemonic nature, but nobody will be taken in by this rhetoric.
