In the contest the April 25 Sports Group placed first in men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball and men's and women's table-tennis team events and the Amnokgang Sports Group in men's volleyball event.

Present at the closing ceremony were officials concerned and sportspersons.

Pak Hak Son, chairman of the Physical Culture and Sports Guidance Commission, said at the ceremony that all the players and coaches should thoroughly apply the Korean-style sporting principle and method and intensify their training to honor the DPRK in every international tournament.
