In this regard, a spokesman of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea issued a statement on Monday refuting his remarks.

The traitor's unreasonable slandering over the DPRK's nuclear deterrent and missiles is treacherous remarks which can be made only by a foul servant following the U.S. nuclear war policy, and it is no more than a senseless grumble of a guy ignorant about how peace on the Korean Peninsula has been preserved, the statement said, and went on:

He has zealously patronized the U.S. nukes and missiles for aggression on the fellow countrymen while getting hell-bent on the war exercises against the DPRK by introducing them into south Korea. But, he has viciously slandered his fellow countrymen's treasured sword of justice which safeguards security and peace of the nation. Not content with such behavior, he went the lengths of terming the launch of an artificial satellite for peaceful purpose "launch of missile". Such vile traitor as him can be found in nowhere.

Worse still, this traitor called for "respect to the agreed points", "co-existence and co-prosperity", "dialogue" and the like though he reduced the inter-Korean agreements to a dead document, regarding the fellow countrymen as "enemy" and returning evil for good. This call is disgusting sophism and an intolerable mockery of the nation.

His recent grumble is nothing but a replica of his watchwords "no nuke, opening and 3,000 dollars", a declaration on his anti-reunification stand seeking confrontation and war, and it revealed once again the group of traitors' stance for confrontation.

What "true", a favorite word of the traitor, meant was more clearly evidenced by his recent remarks.

Traitor Lee Myung Bak, forsaken by the people in south Korea, dared defame the dignified people in the DPRK as "compatriots in the north". This is an unpardonable political provocation that infuriates them.

The people in the DPRK have long spitted at the traitor, getting disillusioned about him.

Inter-Korean relations have already gone beyond the limit line to be irrevocable.

Lee should refrain from resorting to such foolish tricks any longer and step down from power at an early date as demanded by the people in south Korea and all other Koreans.

It will be the only way for normalizing the inter-Korean relations.
