Pyongyang, March 4 (KCNA) -- The United Confederation of Koreans in Russia (Russian Kothongryon) issued a statement titled "The Lee Myung Bak group should step down from power without delay" on Feb. 27. The statement recalled that the Lee group recorded the most shameful crimes without parallel in the world by its treacherous and unpopular misrule during the first year of its office. What cannot be overlooked in the crimes committed by the Lee group is that it adopted "no nukes, opening and 3,000 dollars," a theory of confrontation against reunification, as its "policy towards the north" and has viciously pursued the confrontation with fellow countrymen, it said, and went on: The June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration are a great platform and an action programme for the independent reunification in the new century and their significance, validity and vitality have already been proved to the full in practice. However, the Lee group maliciously slandered and defamed those historical declarations and went the lengths of remarking that "there can never be reunification based on the June 15 joint declaration." What is the most dangerous of its anti-reunification and treacherous crimes is that it has unhesitatingly made such outbursts as "contingency" and "preemptive attack," imprudently defiling the dignified system in the DPRK. Indeed, the crimes committed by the Lee group during one year of its office far surpass the crimes committed by the successive conservative regimes in the past decades, and their consequences are monstrous. Recognizing that the inter-Korean relations can never be prevented from going to collapse and the nation is fated to meet disasters as long as traitor Lee and his group are allowed to stay in power, the Russian Kothongryon strongly demands that the present south Korean ruling forces step down from power at once. |
