A typical example of this was that the vice-minister of "Foreign Affairs and Trade" at the 10th meeting of the UN Human Rights Council talked the nonsense that "he hoped the north would fully abide by international law on human rights and fulfill its commitment under the convention on human rights and he urged the north to take necessary measures for the improvement of human rights."

As already widely known to the world, the DPRK is a genuine people's country in which everything serves people.

As the DPRK regards believing in people as in Heaven as the fundamental idea of nation-building and a starting point of state activities, it fully guarantees all its citizens their rights in a responsible manner.

The people in the DPRK fully enjoy an independent and creative life as the master of the state and society under the socialist system.

There is no "human rights issue" in the country as everybody leads the most dignified and happy life.

This being a hard reality, the Lee group is talking a lot about "human rights in the north." This is nothing but a despicable farce to tarnish the prestige and image of the DPRK on the international arena.

It is the south Korean society that is plagued with human rights abuses as a fascist repressive system has been revived there since the emergence of the present ruling forces.

The fascist junta is suppressing the just struggle of the organizations of people from all walks of life for national dignity and sovereignty on the charge of the violation of the "National Security Law" and throwing behind bars democratic figures and youth and students who praised the Juche idea.

What is more intolerable is that the junta indiscriminately put down the people who protested against the import of American beef in demand of their right to existence and burned to death evacuees in Ryongsan who staged an action in defence of their cradle.

Under the Lee group's rule south Korea has turned into a theatre of fascism and a tundra of human rights where democracy is wantonly violated.

No wonder international human rights organizations including Amnesty International in their annual reports, etc. called for building international public opinion over the human rights abuses in the south Korean society, pointing out that the south Korean authorities are extensively abridging the freedom of expression.

The reality goes to clearly prove that the Lee group of traitors is one of fascist dictators and ferocious murderers as it has converted south Korea into a graveyard of democracy and human rights and a dark society.

What the group blustered over human rights diametrically runs counter to the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration in which the north and the south agreed to stop slandering and defaming other side.

We will never tolerate the above-said reckless remarks slandering the inviolable and dignified DPRK.
