The puppet bellicose elements have worked hard to stoke distrust and hostility toward the DPRK not only within the military but in different social circles while openly advocating the theory of "principal enemy" from the outset of the office of traitor Lee Myung Bak. This is an inevitable product of the traitor's policy of confrontation with the DPRK.

The Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises to be kicked off by the puppet military across south Korea from Monday in league with foreign forces fully reveal the treacherous and hostile policy pursued by the Lee group toward fellow countrymen in a desperate bid to kill them by force of arms while regarding them not as members of the nation with whom reconciliation and unity should be achieved but as the "principal enemy."

The DPRK will certainly force the Lee group to pay a dear price for the acts of treachery it has committed by adopting the anachronistic "theory of principal enemy" as its policy at the last and challenging the aspiration of the nation for independent reunification by starting the joint military exercises and punish the clique of traitors in the name of the nation without fail.
